Very simple to use right out of the box. Insert batteries (provided) , press power button, insert finger and wait for a few seconds. clear reading. Gives pulse and Oxi reading. Seems like a durable, well made unit. Nice storage pouch and lanyard. Time will tell as to its durability. Exactly what I wanted and the cost is not bad for the quality.

It is not a cliche to say big things do come in small packages. This is clearly that. The mibest OLED Finger Pulse Oximeter, O2 Meter arrived a day early. This device is easy to read. I especially like the pull-down lever which easily opened the device for finger insertion and keeps you from exerting needless pressure on and smudging its LED face. I highly recommend this device.

Well designed and well made. Takes readings quickly - normally less than 10 seconds. I like the display format and color scheme. A nice feature is that you can change the orientation of the display. Comes with a nice carrying case and lanyard. Glad I purchased it!

I wanted to have this available to quantify O2 sat for myself and family members in the event that we got sick. That way we could have a more quantitative measure of blood oxygenation and health other than 'I feel breathless'. Worked out of the box and everyone in the house was measured for benchmark purposes. we all measured between 96-98% which is within expected normal range. We cant compare sensitivity and accuracy with a hospital grade oximeter, but for comparison purposes, I think this is fine. We now know everyone's healthy baselines (in my house) so can make comparisons with those later, if needed. All in all I think that it works fine. Didn't specifically measure heart rate accuracy, but it seemed to be reasonably close. I would purchase again.

I tested it at sea level and and 4500 feet above sea level, and I poked a 95 at sea level and an 89 at 4500 above, so it seems to be giving consistent data, who knows if its correct, but it acted as expected. This is probably your only way to find out if you have Covid19, or you could save the price and just wait to see if you die!

This is exactly what I was looking for. It came in well before the scheduled delivery date and works very well. Do I have anything to compare it to? No. But the readings are what I’m use to seeing at the Dr. office

I bought this to have around - with the whole virus thing going on it seems like a good thing to have around and for less than $40 its kind of like having a thermometer.
I use these monitors daily at work and this seems accurate, it is easy to read, reads quickly and as good or better than what we use at work.

This instrument is easy to use and easy to read, seems sturdy enough and was a fair price. As to accuracy, I can only assume it is accurate but have no way of knowing for sure or testing it. The readings seem to be in the range of what I think they should be but that is only my opinion. Next time I go to the Dr., I will take it along to compare with the one at the clinic. I got it primarily to have in case I get sick but haven't been ill, lately, so haven't used it that much either.

n these uncertain days of the pandemic, having affordable medical tests available gives all of us a feeling of comfort. The Mibest Oximeter is an important tool to measure respiratory efficiency. It is small and easily stored and quickly tells the user his or her oxygen level. It takes a reading within seconds. Used with a blood pressure monitor and a body temp thermometer, these readings can give a doctor a lot of important facts over a phone consultation. I highly recommend this unit.

I bought this for my husband. Because of heart & lung issues, he needs to check his oxygen & pulse frequently. This oximeter works perfectly for him. He likes that it's small & easily fits in his pocket. For the price, this oximeter is excellent for our needs.

This oximeter reads very fast - in either direction - and seems to be accurate first time. I had a problem with the previous oximeter as the readings were 'all over the place.' This one is consistent.......and read along with my BP machine, the pulse rate is right on as well. I highly recommend. This one was a bit more expensive than the other, but it is worth the money to get an accurate reading. Hope this continues.....

As a healthcare worker I am selective about which home-care products I use for me and my family.
I have tried other, inferior oximetry products previously, but now feel like I have found "the one".
This device is accurate, reads fast (no interminable time waiting to see saturation levels), and the read out is bright, bold, and crisp.
The fact that the display automatically rotates depending on your finger position is a nice touch.
The build feels solid and robust, with the hinge (the weak point with the wires) being very sturdy.
Overall, super happy with this product.

I use this product in two ways -
1) To monitor Sp02 levels daily for early detection of a substantial drop in blood oxygen which is reported in medical literature as predictive of more serious COVID-19 symptoms
2) To monitor Sp02 levels during intense anaerobic exercise to see if there's a correlation between muscle exhaustion and Sp02 measurements. I do understand that SmO2 is a better measure of effective muscle use of oxygen, and better for gauging athletic performance and pace, but SpO2 is a good indirect measure of aerobic efficiency - particularly considering SmO2 sensors you can wear during exercise can run close to $1000.

I am a nurse and wanted a pulse oximeter for home use that the family would be able to use effortlessly. This was one is a great price, came in quickly, and I am thrilled with this purchase. For all the extra things people are doing because of Covid-19, here is a simple one that could make the decision of when you need care, most accurately.

It was easy to use and easy to get started. I don't know how accurate it is but I do know my grandson who is healthy as a horse rated a 100 and me at seventy five rated 95 on oxygen. Nice little unit with storage pouch with it to use when exercising. I don't know all the particulars yet but will learn.

I had no need for perfect accuracy.
Just enough accuracy to track a trend over time.
Specific context: A screening test to watch my oxygen level trends before and after COVID immunization, and then if my breathing might show signs of a post-immunization infection.
I have no idea of its performance relative to medical devices, but there is no need for 100% accuracy when the problem requires just an over-time reliable screening test for a day to day time trend, and if the trend stays stable with no symptoms, it does not need high accuracy. The shift in a trend, downward below the steady state %, would indicate I need to talk with my MD.
For this purpose, it’s functioning extremely well, but I’ll update the review if situations change and it fails to help me monitor.
Pulse reader also is useful.

I think it’s pretty accurate. It was 99 at first then i didn’t breath for about 90 seconds and it went down to 73

Since most of my doctors appointments are now through telemedicine, I wanted to be proactive and get some medical equipment to monitor my health at home. I purchased one of these and a blood pressure monitor. This little guy works great! You basically press the button, put your finger in and then within seconds you have your info. Take your finger out and it automatically shuts off. This is an important tool to monitor your o2 levels and pulse. My doctors office asks for my vitals when she calls because she knows I track it all. Do yourself a favor and pick one up for yourself, your friends, and your family - it shows you care about them and their health. If you share with others, just wipe it down with an alcohol pad. Easy peasy.

I bought this for the same reason most people have, lately, to get an early indication of any lung issues before I end up in the emergency room. So far, so good. The unit seems well-made, solid, and is very easy to use. Probably a little pricier than it would be under better circumstances, but at around $40 at the time I purchased it, not outrageous, either. If you’re in a potentially susceptible group, as I am, it’s worth it for the peace of mind — or the early warning

Shortly after receiving the Pulse Ox, I unfortunately had to be hospitalized. I constantly double checked the Pulse Ox readings against what the nurse's readings were. Each time the readings from both were identical. I am very pleased with the product and have already recommended it to a few people.

The oximeter arrived ahead of estimated time and worked well right out of the box. It does not include a battery (AAA) so I used one of my rechargeable batteries. The instructions are clear and you really don't need to read them except to know how to open the battery compartment.
The display is very clear with excellent contrast and it only takes about 5-10 seconds for the readings to settle down.
I don't have any way to check the accuracy calibration, but the values appear reasonable. By simply withdrawing your finger the display shuts down. After having used it for about 2 weeks about once or twice a day it seems to be very reliable. Until I have had it for much longer, a year or more I cannot say anything about long term reliability.
In summary the workmanship is excellent and everything works fine, so I can recommend it highly.

I wasn't sure which one of these meters to choose, do like you, I checked the reviews. I chose this one, and I'm very happy I did. I run a gym and use this with hundreds of clients, it's consistent and easy to read.
