Extend your left hand, palm up. Ensure that your wrist is clean and dry.
Positioning the Monitor
Wrap the CardiacHealth™ Blood Pressure Monitor around the inner side of your left wrist.
Fasten the wrist strap securely, ensuring it is positioned approximately 1-2 cm from the ulna bone.
Tighten the lower end of the wrist strap and roll it up against your wrist for a snug fit.
Correct Sitting Posture
Sit in a comfortable and upright position. Ensure that your wrist, where the monitor is placed, is at the same level as your heart.
Relax and Stabilize
Keep your hand and arm relaxed, avoiding any unnecessary tension. Do not clench your fists during the measurement process. Make sure the CardiacHealth™ Blood Pressure Monitor is securely positioned and stable on your wrist.
Note: It is important to follow these instructions carefully for accurate blood pressure measurement. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use immediately.
