Our refund / return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All orders that have been processed and shipped out are not eligible for a refund. If you want to cancel your order, do so within the first 12 hours of you placing the order. After 12 hours have passed since your order, we will not be able to cancel your order. A $5 cancellation fee will apply to cover transactional fees that are not reimbursable.
Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item after receiving the original package.
A $5 cancellation fee will apply to cover transactional fees that are not reimbursable for refunds/returns.
Items not received
We promise delivery within 40 days of you placing the order. If 5 weeks have elapsed since you've placed your order, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can help you track your order. We will do our best to locate the order for you and keep our 40 day promise.
If you have not received the item within 40 days, you have the right to request a new package be shipped out to you instantly. You also have the right to ask for a full refund. However, please note that before we issue a refund, we might require you to contact the local post office and communicate with them.
In many cases, the post office marks the order as delivered (because they delivered it to a location you might not be aware of). There are also instances of the post office incorrectly marking an order as delivered.
